The advent of new weight loss drugs has a huge impact on everyone in South Park. When Cartman is denied access to the life-changing medicine, the kids jump into action.

And the episode ended on a good song as-well. The previous specials have been alright, but had been hit or miss when it comes to certain things, such as pacing, and overall plot. In my opinion, this special did a lot better at those two things.
